Why do i have items missing in my order ?
Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. My order didint arrive as promised .

An Item Is Damaged or Defective
We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. Most merchandise can be returned by mail within 10 days of delivery.
Standard Return Policy
You can return most unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.* Items must be returned in new AND unused/unopened condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used.
For items returned after 10 days, wewill grant a credit of up to 55% of the items value.

*Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Overstock.com (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
We ship within 3-4 business days of when you place your order, your order has been proccessed and payment has been recieved. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe by your confirmianation email.
Upon arrival at the Bayou warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 10 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 10 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 55 percent.

All you have to do to cash the money order is to deposit it into you bank account
What does "On Hold" mean?
When all items are on hold it means we are curently changing prices to benifit you and checking our stock in the warehouse. we are sorry for the delay and it should be up and running agian in a few hours. you can always order by phone.
